Gazing as the Void Begins

Solo Exhibition 27. Feb — 10, April 2026

NADAN is pleased to present Gazing as the Void Begins, a new solo exhibition by KIYOMI+TETSUHIRO UOZUMI, focusing on sound installations and drawings inspired by ordinary objects. Building consistently on their investigation into the invisible rhythms and unnoticed aspects of everyday life, the exhibition presents these ideas through three kinds of works: a sound installation made from orange BSR trashbins with mechanical movements and field recordings from Berlin, as well as sculptures crafted from ordinary urban materials and drawings of daily objects. Together, these works uncover hidden rhythms and overlooked details of city life.

KIYOMI+TETSUHIRO UOZUMI are a Japanese artist duo based in Berlin. Their work explores mystery and its effect on human behavior, using overlooked or discarded objects to create immersive installations.
